Seasonal Flavours

Locally grown, seasonal ingredients not only taste better, but are also better for the environment and for the local farmers and growers that produce them.

The list below shows the availability of a variety of locally grown fruits and edible flowers throughout the year. Please note that the seasons do vary and so availability isn't necessarily guaranteed. If you'd like to discuss how these ingredients can be incorporated into your wedding cake then please get in touch.
