Every element of the packaging that I use is either recyclable, biodegradable or reusable. I keep waste to a minimum by using biodegradable baking parchment as well as making use of any brownie offcuts, by making them available to purchase, with £1 from each sale being donated to The Somerset Wildlife Trust (registered charity number 238372).
