All of the edible flowers and herbs that I use on my cakes are homegrown in my garden. 


I keep waste to a minimum by using reusable piping bags, biodegradable baking parchment and cupcake cases, as well as eco-friendly bamboo support dowels for my tiered cakes.


The packaging that I use is fully recyclable/biodegradable and I also offer the option to hire a reusable cake board for all of my celebration and wedding cakes.
