I enjoy growing all of my own edible flowers and herbs for use on my cakes.
I keep waste to a minimum by using reusable piping bags, biodegradable baking paper and cupcake cases, as well as bamboo support dowels for my tiered cakes.
The packaging that I use is fully recyclable and I offer the option of a reusable cake board for all of my celebration and wedding cakes.
