I'm passionate about doing what I can to reduce my impact on the environment.

 

I'm committed to using local and seasonal ingredients as much as possible, and am proud to be using the following local suppliers:

Blue Pantry (Wellington, Somerset): Cocoa powder, Organic flour, Nuts, Polenta, Popping Corn, Sugar

Gundenham Dairy (Wellington, Somerset): Double cream, Milk

Rumwell Farm Shop (Taunton, Somerset): Free-range eggs

Yeo Valley (Blagdon, Somerset): Organic butter

Mary Jenkins Farm Shop (Wellington, Somerset): Carrots, Lemons

Nynehead Fruit Farm (Nynehead, Somerset): Raspberries, Strawberries

Hannah Marchant (Long Sutton, Somerset): Seed Cards

 

I also aim to keep waste to a minimum, using biodegradable baking paper, cupcake cases and cake support dowels, as well as recyclable packaging and reusable cake boards.
