I'm passionate about doing what I can to reduce my impact on the environment. I therefore use local and seasonal ingredients as much as possible, grow many of my own edible flowers, herbs and fruits, whilst also keeping waste to a minimum.

 

My local ingredient suppliers:

Blue Pantry (Wellington, Somerset): All dry ingredients

Gundenham Dairy (Wellington, Somerset): Milk, Double cream

Rumwell Farm Shop (Taunton, Somerset): Free-range eggs

Yeo Valley (Blagdon, Somerset): Organic butter

Mary Jenkins Farm Shop (Wellington, Somerset): Oranges, Lemons, Blueberries, Cherries, Carrots

Nynehead Fruit Farm (Wellington, Somerset): Strawberries, Raspberries

Incredible Edible Flowers (Chard, Somerset): Dried edible flowers

 

I also use biodegradable baking paper, cupcake cases and cake support dowels, and use packaging that is either recyclable or reusable.
