I'm passionate about doing what I can to reduce my impact on the environment. I therefore use local and seasonal ingredients as much as possible, grow many of my own edible flowers, herbs and fruits, whilst also keeping waste to a minimum.

I also use biodegradable baking paper, cupcake cases and cake support dowels, and use packaging that is either recyclable or reusable.
